Artist Bio
Michelle is a professional actor, theatre artist, and educator based on the West Coast of British Columbia.
Born and raised in the qathet region (Powell River) on the traditional territory of the ɬaəʕmen (Tla’amin) Nation, Michelle discovered her love of performing on the Max Cameron Theatre stage, acting in high school musicals and plays such as Fiddler on the Roof, Beauty and the Beast, Fame: The Musical, and Morris Panych’s 7 Stories.
Her passion and talents soon carried her to Victoria and then Vancouver, where she has had the privilege of working and training ever since.
Michelle is a graduate of Studio 58’s Professional Theatre Training Program; she holds her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre from the University of Victoria, and is an alumna of Canada’s National Voice Intensive.
Her work has received many generous reviews and has been seen on stages throughout the Lower Mainland, Vancouver, Victoria, Chemainus, and the Sunshine Coast.

Miracle on 34th Street (Chemainus Theatre Festival), Gibson & Sons (Townsite Actors Guild), Much Ado About Nothing, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Romeo & Juliet (Victoria Shakespeare Festival), Our Town (Peninsula Productions), The Sea (Slamming Door Collective), A Christmas Carol (Gateway Theatre), 42nd Street (Theatre Under the Stars).
Michelle currently serves as the Artistic Associate at Beanstalk Theatre Company, and has worked as a guest teaching artist with organizations such as Kaleidoscope Theatre for Young People and Camp Cue.
